Natalie Paszek was born and raised on Hilton Head Island. She grew up working in the family restaurant, Fratello’s, with her parents, Cosimo and Debbie Urato. She began her medical career as a nurse at Coastal Carolina Hospital after earning a degree in nursing from the University of South Carolina in 2008.

She then served for 8 years in the United States Air Force as a critical care nurse. She and her husband returned home and now live in Bluffton. She received her DNP from MUSC in May 2022. When she’s not at the office, Natalie likes to spend time with her husband CJ and their daughters Giana and Savanna. Together they enjoy the beach, spending time with their family, and cheering for the South Carolina Gamecocks!
