Dr Andrew Binamira
OWNER & HEALTH360 SPECIALIST
Dr. Andrew Binamira is an Internal Medicine Physician with over 26 years of experience under his belt. In 2010, he moved to Hilton Head Island, SC which he now proudly calls his home. Right after finishing his Internal Medicine Residency Training at Atlantic City Medical Center in South Jersey, Dr. Binamira served as a small-town physician in rural South Dakota for 10 years. He was Chief Resident during his tenure there and has been Board Certified in his Internal Medicine Specialty twice by the American Board of Internal Medicine. During his 10 years in South Dakota, he was also Chief of Staff of Avera De Smet Memorial Hospital and the Medical Director of 3 Nursing Homes. He has held other various positions as an ER Physician, House Staff Officer, Trauma Team Chairman, and the head of their Cardiac Rehabilitation Program.
Dr. Binamira has always been fascinated by Aesthetics which is how OneCareSpa was born. He has been researching and has attended a plethora of Aesthetic conferences, searching for top-of-the-line and cutting-edge equipment for skin rejuvenation over the last 5 years. Though he is still in search of the proverbial: “Fountain of Youth”, OneCareSpa offers this 1st step in achieving just that. During his search for OneCareSpa’s equipment, he made sure that every machine was State of the Art, innovative, had the most advanced technology in the market, and most importantly backed by Science. He made sure that he partners with the best of the best for OneCareSpa when it comes to skincare lines, we are the only facility in the area that carries Medical Grade line Skinceuticals and exclusive products from ZO Skin Health. He hand-picks all of his staff, to ensure that the services we provide our patients/clients are provided by the most qualified and experienced practitioners.
Dr. B, as he is fondly called, is an avid swimmer and plays volleyball. He loves golf and his favorites are Dustin Johnson, McElroy, Jason Day, and of course the late Arnold Palmer. He has also always been into the Arts with his love of drawing, watercolor, oil painting, and sketching. He has an incredible innate grasp of interior design as well, he has personally designed the physical interiors of his present Onecare Clinic practice and has designed this newest endeavor, OneCareSpa. From picking the flooring, the color scheme, all furniture, the bathroom, light fixtures, and sinks. Dr. B also physically installed all the wallpaper of OneCareSpa as you see it. In his spare time, he is a master gardener and painstakingly planted and designed all the live plants at OneCareSpa, along with taking all of the pictures that you can see hanging in the office. He is also a talented chef and loves the culinary arts. In fact, while attending Medical School, he was working at his mother’s bakery where he made 10 foot wedding cakes and various creative specialty pastries. He continues to do so in his spare time and is passionate about healthy eating and keeping ourselves in tiptop shape. He not only teaches what he preaches, he follows them too, the evidence is his 40 pound weight loss transformation within the last year!
Dr. Binamira believes in his Creator. He knows that he is nothing but an instrument of God’s Grace. He is a devout Catholic and frequents the Holy Family by the Sea in Pope Avenue. While in South Dakota, he also actively taught Catechism in church where he chaperoned 24 High School youths to Toronto, Canada to attend the World Youth Day joining over 800,000 other youths from all over the world where they got to meet Pope John Paul II. He is Fluent in English, Filipino and medical Spanish. Dr. Binamira is also knowledgeable in Asian and Hispanic Socio-Cultural Dynamics.
Through all this, Dr. B continues to do what he does best: take care of his patient’s health needs. In fact, he has been able to build his Internal Medicine practice-Onecare Clinic over the last 9 years, from a staff of 3, to what it is today—presently serving over 5000 patients in Hilton Head, Bluffton and the surrounding areas. His Internal Medicine Practice focuses on preventative care, physicals and End of Life care. What separates him most from his colleagues in the area, he is the only Physician that still does home visits, to ensure that his Hospice patients are as comfortable as possible. He also manages Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease, Hyperlipidemia, thyroid issues, Geriatric care and something very close to his heart—Cancer Prevention and Alzheimer’s care.

NATALIE PASZEK
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Natalie Paszek was born and raised on Hilton Head Island. She grew up working in the family restaurant, Fratello’s, with her parents, Cosimo and Debbie Urato. She began her medical career as a nurse at Coastal Carolina Hospital after earning a degree in nursing from the University of South Carolina in 2008.
She then served for 8 years in the United States Air Force as a critical care nurse. She and her husband returned home and now live in Bluffton. She received her DNP from MUSC in May 2022. When she’s not at the office, Natalie likes to spend time with her husband CJ and their daughters Giana and Savanna. Together they enjoy the beach, spending time with their family, and cheering for the South Carolina Gamecocks!

Qualisa Benning Jones, is the wife of Terry Jones. The mother of 2 beautiful daughters Quanesha and Jamiesha; grandmother (BiBi) of 4 dynamic babies. Amillie, Legacy, Layton, and Lakelyn. She made Hilton Head, SC her home for over 20 years ago. Qualisa has been in the medical field for more than 30 years. She holds numerous degrees and certificates, and is an entrepreneur. She is the owner of Quality Home Health Care, Que & Co Hair Salon and Co Owner of Proscape Landscaping. She also has worked alongside Dr. Binamira as his nurse for 6 years at One Care Clinic since 2014 with great pleasure.
She also had the opportunity to work with him at Heritage Medical before the transition to OneCareClinic. Qualisa has tried many trades, Phlebotomy, medical coding & billing, early childhood development, nail tech and cosmetologist. But she has found nursing to truly be her first love. She is very dedicated to what she does. The love she has for her patients and people are remarkable. Qualisa has many health issues that she battles daily. But she finds solace in going to work and helping take care of patients. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, shopping and most of all, traveling.
